Marine stationed on board the ''[[Daedalus]]'', under the command of [[Steven Caldwell|Colonel Steven Caldwell]].  During an incident when [[John Sheppard]] and [[Elizabeth Weir]] were possessed by the alien personas of [[Thalan]] and [[Phoebus]], Caldwell ordered Hutchinson to stand guard near Atlantis's power room. Thalan (in Sheppard's body) disabled Hutchinson and managed to damage the [[Zero Point Module]] interface in the power room.

During an incident when John Sheppard and Elizabeth Weir were possessed by the alien personas of Thalan and Phoebus, Caldwell ordered Hutchinson and another Marine to stand guard near Atlantis's power room. Thalan (in Sheppard's body) disabled them both and managed to damage the Zero Point Module interface in the power room.
