A primitive race of humans, possibly under the protection of the Asgard Protected Planets Treaty. Tiernods live amongst a number of predators, and reside near caves. If a Tiernod were to be chased by a predator, he or she could enter one of these caves and apply an Asgard invisibility device to their bodies, effectively shielding them from the ferocious creatures.
