Nebula mentioned in The Ascended Times. Written by Mero Gartin, the article detailed the installation of a "consciousness superhighway." The project planned to use "pods," displaced at 2 light year intervals, which would boost conscious thought streams of partially ascended beings throughout the known universe.
Several billion pods would be required to complete the project. Channelers, psychics and "sensitive ascendees" planned to come together on Osmoe, the third moon of Rekat, as the enhancement pods were positioned.
