Major serving under Stargate Command, one of at least 12 survivors following Anubis's attack on Earth's second Alpha Site.
Green returned to the S.G.C. for questioning but was unhelpful in providing information that might help to learn who turned over the Alpha Site's location to Anubis. He regretted not staying behind with his commanding officer, Colonel Riley, who sacrificed his life to make sure that the Alpha Site's auto-destruct went off.
