Inhabitant of M7G-677 and member of Keras's village. Like many of his people he is well trained in the use of a bow and arrow.
Neleus was assigned by Ares to retrieve Rodney McKay, who had hidden himself within a chamber in an ancient city on his world. He saw firsthand that a Zero Point Module was responsible for disabling Wraith devices, and reported this information back to Ares.
