Todd will play Lord Haikon, leader of the legendary lost Jaffa tribe, the Sodan. SG-1 encounters the Sodan in “Babylon,” currently slated to be the seventh episode of the new season.
The actor will reprise his role in the mid-season two-parter, “The Fourth Horseman.”
Born in Washington, D.C., 50-year-old Todd has appeared in a vast array of series, from MacGyver, Matlock, and Law & Order to Homicide: Life on the Street, N.Y.P.D. Blue, and 24. Sci-fi fans may remember him as Worf’s Klingon brother Kurn in Star Trek: The Next Generation and Deep Space Nine, the lead Hirogen in Voyager‘s “Prey,” and Captain Leonard Anderson in “Babylon 5: A Call to Arms.” He has also guest starred on Andromeda, Smallville, Angel, and many more favorites.
On the big screen, Todd has starred in such films as “Candyman” (as the title character), “The Crow,” “The Rock,” and “Final Destination.”
