“The Daedalus Variations” gained a tenth of a point from the previous new episode.
In the episode, Colonel Sheppard’s team are trapped on a ship from a parallel reality as it leaps from one universe to the next.
On the SCI FI Channel’s Top Ten list, Atlantis once again came in behind Eureka (season premiere, 2.1), Ghost Hunters International (1.6), and ECW wrestling (1.4).
The show remains heavily DVR’ed, seeing as much as a 100 percent ratings increase in the 18 to 49 demographic, according to a recent Multichannel News report.
Atlantis took August 8 off due to the Olympic Games’ opening ceremonies, and returned last Friday with a 1.2 rating for “Ghost In the Machine,” according to executive producer Joseph Mallozzi (blog). SCI FI is expected to confirm that number in a couple of weeks.
Tune in to SCI FI for another new episode this Friday at 10 p.m. (9 Central)!
