Air Force officer on duty at Stargate Command during a visit from two Amran ambassadors. General Jack O'Neill, unable to unravel their disputes, locked the two delegates in a guest room and Peters was ordered to monitor them. General O'Neill told Peters that no one was to be allowed out.
