Lieutenant, member of SG-6. He and his unit were sent undercover to P2X-885 to monitor the activity of the Ori Priors and their efforts to convert the population to Origin.
Fischer and Airman Ryan attended morning Prostration two days before their departure. There, the Prior preached and went around blessing the people. He touched Fischer's head.
