SF stationed in the S.G.C. complex inside Cheyenne Mountain. He was given the job of restricting access to the laboratory Rodney McKay and Todd the Wraith were using to work on the coding for nanites that were potentially going to kill Rodney's sister, Jeannie Miller.

When Rodney couldn't get his card to work Fuller took it from him and pointed out that he was not Dr. Lee.
