A long dead coalition of planets in the Pegasus Galaxy. Millenia ago the Wraith successfully defeated the alliance, driving the Genii into underground bunkers on their homeworld.

It is possible the Manarians were once a part of the confederated planets, due to the partnership between the Genii and the Manarians today.
