Lieutenant serving under Colonel Reynolds's command -- likely on SG-3. After a fight broke out in a local marketplace Mooney decided to have a sample of the source of the altercation -- kassa -- which he described as "sweet corn heaven." Reynolds was forced to restrain the officer in order to return him to Stargate Command. Even under care back at the base, he was still craving the food.
