Modification incorporated into Caius's cargo ship. The pulse wave sweeps a radius of several kilometers in all directions around the ship, disabling any vessel's power systems for a few moments (much like an E.M.P.). This gives the cargo ship time to attack or escape.
The pulse will also affect the ship using it, however, requiring that the ship's systems be powered down before it is detonated.
KEY EPISODE
The Ties That Bind - Vala, now in possession of Caius's cargo ship, uses the pulse wave to escape the Lucian Alliance.
