Actress behind the character of Major Stacey Monroe in the television series Wormhole X-Treme! Reese played the character throughout the show's 10-year run, then (with her cast mates) held out for a bigger paycheck when a feature film was given a green light.
She had an inquiring mind on set, and once asked that if her character was out of phase with normal matter then why didn't she fall through the floor? A satisfactory answer was not forthcoming.
