Firefly actress Jewel Staite will appear in an upcoming Season Two episode of Stargate Atlantis, the actress reported on her Web site.
Staite played Kaylee Frye on the short-lived FOX series, and reprises her role in the upcoming feature film based on the series, Serenity.
Born in British Columbia, 22-year-old Staite has also appeared on Wonderfalls, The X-Files, Da Vinci’s Inquest, Just Deal, and more.
It is not yet know which episode the actress will appear in, or what character she will play. Stay tuned to GateWorld for updates! Season Two of Atlantis premieres July 15 on The SCI FI Channel in the U.S.
