DVR Alerts! is GateWorld’s newest weekly feature, where we search high and low to find TV shows and movies (other than Stargate, of course) airing this week where you can see the casts of Stargate SG-1, Atlantis, and Universe. This list is not exhaustive, and may be expanded as new shows are found.

STARGATE UNIVERSE

Robert Carlyle – The World Is Not Enough – airing on various Showtime channels throughout April. The Full Monty airs on IFC (Independent Film Channel) on Wednesday, April 14 at 9:45 p.m.

Alaina Huffman – NCIS’ ‘Leap of Faith,’ airs Monday, April 12 at 6 p.m. on USA.

Elyse Levesque – How I Married My High School Crush – 2007 made-for-TV movie, airs on LMN (Lifetime Movie Network) Tuesday, April 13 at 9 p.m. Also co-stars Battlestar Galactica’s Katee Sackhoff.

Louis Ferreira (Justin Louis) – Shooter – airs on TNT Saturday, April 10 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, April 11 at 2:30 p.m. The 2007 feature film (filmed in BC, Canada), also co-stars Rhona Mitra (who guest stars in SGU episodes “Subversion” and “Incursion,” Parts 1 & 2), and some other familiar Stargate faces: Jonathan Walker (SG-1’s “Dominion”), Alan C. Lou Diamond Phillips – Young Guns airs Monday, April 12 at 6:50am on HBOZ. Wolf Lake, the 2001 TV series, airs four episodes on the Chiller Channel on Monday, April 12 beginning at 5 p.m. with ‘Meat the Parents,’ also co-starring Christian Bocher (SG-1’s “Shades of Grey,” “Wormhole X-Treme!” and “200,” SGA’s “Condemned”) and Ryan Robbins (SGA’s Ladon Radim and Sanctuary’s Henry Foss); ‘The Changing’ at 6 p.m., also co-starring Jacqueline Samuda (SG-1’s Nirrti) and Christian Bocher; ‘Soup to Nuts’ at 7 p.m., also co-starring Mitchell Kosterman (SG-1’s “Seth” and “Heroes,” Parts 1 & 2) and Colin Lawrence (SG-1’s Major Warren); and ‘Tastes Like Chicken,’ at 8 p.m., also co-starring Glynis Davies (SG-1’s “1969” and “Homecoming,” SGU’s “Air, Part 1,” “Earth” and “Life”) and Steve Makaj (SG-1’s Colonel Makepeace).

Numbers’ ‘Sniper Zero’ airs on TNT, Wednesday, April 14 at 1 a.m., introducing Lou in his role as Agent Ian Edgerton (he’s made nine appearances so far).

Stand and Deliver airs Sunday, April 18 at 5:30 a.m. on the RETRO channel and Tuesday, April 20 at 6:35 a.m. and 5 p.m. on the Encore Drama Channel.

In A Class Of His Own airs Monday, April 19 at 3 p.m. on the Hallmark Movie Channel.

The Triangle 2005 mini-series airs on Syfy on Wednesday, April 21 from 8 a.m. through 2 p.m.

Striking Range continues to air throughout April on the STARZ Black channel.

Angel and The Badman airs on the Hallmark Movie Channel on Thursday, April 15 at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Jamil Walker Smith – Bones’ ‘Player Under Pressure’ airs Tuesday, April 13 on TNT at 4 p.m.

Christopher Heyerdahl – Twists of Terror on the Showtime Beyond Channel on Saturday, April 17 at 10:30 p.m. and Tuesday, April 20 at 10:05 p.m.

David Nykl – Encounter With Danger is repeated on LMN (Lifetime Movie Network) on Wednesday, April 14 at 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. Also co-stars SGU’s Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman (Pvt. Darren Becker), SG-1’s Gary Chalk (Col. Chekov), Kwesi Ameyaw (SG-1’s Olokun and SGA’s “Outcast”) and Ona Grauer (SG-1’s “Frozen,” SGA’s “Rising, Part 1” and SGU’s Emily Young).

Robert Picardo – Explorers airs Tuesday, April 20 at 1:55 a.m. on Showtime Beyond. Repeats of Star Trek: Voyager air daily on SPIKE at 2 a.m.

Tony Amendola – The Practice’s – ‘Man & Superman’ airs on FX Sunday, April 18 at 8 a.m. Also co-stars Steven Culp (SGA’s “Miller’s Crossing”). Forbidden Warrior airs on Showtime Extra throughout April.

Richard Dean Anderson – Repeats of MacGyver air daily on the Sleuth Channel between 3 a.m. to 5 a.m.

Carmen Argenziano – Appears in the first few minutes of Angels & Demons airing on the STARZ channel throughout April. Co-stars in Swordfish airing on various HBO channels throughout April. Guest stars in Lou Grant’s ‘Charlatan,’ airing on the FAMNET channel on Monday, April 12 at 2 p.m.

Claudia Black – Pitch Black airs on AMC on Wednesday, April 21 and Thur Apr 22 (please check your local listings for the times).

Beau Bridges – Spinning Into Butter airs throughout April on the various TMC channels. Max Payne airs throughout April on the MOMAX channels. Hotel New Hampshire airs on the INDIE channel on Monday, April 12 at 6:45 a.m. and 2:05 p.m., and on Thursday, April 22 at 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Don S. Davis – 1995’s Black Fox (a made-for-TV movie) airs Monday, April 13 at 8:05 a.m. on the Encore Western Channel.
