Fandemonium announced today that its next Stargate SG-1 novel finally has a release date: July 11 July 12. Infiltration (formerly Within) comes the pen of author Susannah Parker Sinard (Hall of the Two Truths).
The story is set in the team’s fourth year, and sets up the events of the alien computer virus episode, “Entity.” Here is the publisher’s official description:

Is this Canon?
Fandemonium novels are considered as canon among most fans, as long as they are not contradicted by the Wright-Cooper series or movies.
No, novels are not currently canon. But they are written and checked to fit into the established canon and not contradict it.

Considering what a completely forgettable, uninspired, and basically filler episode the Entity was, I can't believe someone would consider it a lead in novel to it.

Hey. I was wondering if you could give me a list of the novels taking place before Heroes? I'm going to buy them, but I don't know which ones are post Heroes and I don't want those. Emailed the website months ago, but I'm pretty sure that site is dead because I never got any reply. I'm done with my pre Heroes rewatch again (I'm so depressed right not since I don't have more), but I want more so I thought of the books.
