Jaffa formerly in service to Arkad. With his master dead, De'vir offered to split the profits of a weapons-grade naquadah deal with Jasec, Vala's father, in the event he were to find a buyer. When their point of contact -- Te'rak -- went missing, De'Vir terminated the deal.
