First Lieutenant, F-302 pilot who shared a cockpit with Lieutenant Colonel Cameron Mitchell during the the battle against Anubis's fleet over Antarctica. When their craft took hits from one of Anubis's death gliders, Banks was killed. His body was later recovered from the wrecked ship.
