An underling in the service of Baal, the Goa'uld Mot controlled the world of P4S-237. He kept Baal in the dark regarding a still-active stash of naquadah provided by the planet, keeping the spoils for himself.
When Jack O'Neill threatened to inform Baal about his plans to overthrow the System Lord, Mot disregarded the threats and, instead, threatened to execute several of the local villagers. He also launched a plan against Earth that very nearly led to the destruction of the S.G.C. Mot was eventually shot by Natania, a village girl, and is presumed dead.
