Persona imposed onto Teal'c by means of a memory stamp while he was being held captive as a worker under the surface of P3R-118.
Tor's sleep was interrupted with nightmares relating to the symbiote which co-existed with him. It was his Jaffa physiology that forced the memory stamp procedure to never fully take.
