Phil

Member of Cameron Mitchell's graduating class from George Washington High School in 1987. During the twentieth anniversary high school reunion Phil was disabled by a bounty hunter -- a member of Tenat's race -- who used a camouflage device to take on his form and enter the party in search of his quarry.

Phil was acquaintances with Gary Walesco.
