Lieutanant stationed with SG-3 at Stargate Command. He provided cover fire for Teal'c and the rest of his unit when they were ordered by General Bauer to infiltrate a Goa'uld stronghold on P3S-452 and return to Earth with refined, weapons-grade naquadah.
The naquadah was recovered -- but Major Wade was killed in the attempt. Morrison sustained a flesh wound.
