Jarlath.jpg

A particularly disagreeable Hebridian human, and captain of the space vessel Oran. Jarlath was once sent to prison after being caught running illegal weapons to Hebridan's outer mining colonies, but served his time and eventually got out.

Jarlath prefers to avoid personal hygiene, and was awe-struck when meeting Samantha Carter. He participated in the 59th Loop of Kon Garat, and chose to forgo adding emergency reserves in favor of extra space for weapons. Consequently, The Oran was forced to drop out of the race. Soon after Jarlath was rescued by the Seberus, where he concocted a method of transmitting a communications signal to Muirios' ship, which prevented the cheater from winning.
