Marine corporal assigned to the Icarus Base. Gorman was forced to evacuate with the rest of the Icarus team to the Ancient deep-space vessel Destiny during an unexpected attack by the Lucian Alliance on the planet.
While assisting Sgt. Ronald Greer in examining the crew quarters for the missing water supplies, Gorman came across the real culprit -- a dust devil lifeform. He took out his pistol and foolishly shot into the mass, but it retaliated by shredding into his flesh. He succumbed to his wounds several hours later, making him one of the young crew's earliest fatalities.
