He was likely the squadron commander of the Horus guard who serve Ra and his family. Like other Horus guards, he wore the intimidating armor with the head of a falcon.
Horus was caught up in the Abydonian rebellion on the planet Abydos, and was killed with a staff weapon when he was caught off guard by the Tau'ri Jack O'Neill.
