As we reported in April the complete series of Stargate Atlantis is coming to Blu-ray high-definition disc on July 26, and this week MGM released the official, final box art for the release. TVShowsOnDVD has our first look:
The Complete Series will feature all 100 episodes of Atlantis (presumably including the longer cuts of “Rising” and “Enemy At the Gate”), plus all the bonus featurettes and audio commentaries from the DVD releases of Seasons One through Five. There doesn’t appear to be any new content.
The Blu-ray set will retail at $199.99 in the U.S. and $199.99 in Canada
Pre-order it now at Amazon.com and lock in today’s discounted price — a whopping 43 percent off ($114.99, subject to change)! On Amazon.ca the set is currently listed at $139.99. You’ll also support GateWorld with your order.
A Region 2 (U.K.) release of Atlantis on Blu-ray hasn’t been announced yet. Keep it on GateWorld for the latest updates.

I like it! I can't wait for the rewatch so I'll have an excuse to watch every episode in all its 1080p glory!
Beautiful! Hope it does well. :)
And wow, do I miss Atlantis!
too bad i already have all these n dvd
Nice! But i`m waiting on the U.K release, Region 2.
@Gateworld - How about opning for Twitter? (Retweet)
If they do a Region 2 version, I'll buy it!!
Ugh. Anyone want to buy my DVD sets? I haven't even opened 2 of them...
I'll only get a region B (region 2 in blu-ray terms) version of this, if it includes the bonus disc content that was released in the complete series DVD set.
If not, then i'll stick with my DVDs. I can't justify the price for increased definition and no new bonus content.
Thats' my SEPERATE season DVD sets that I am referering to. I have been tempted to trade in the seperate season sets to get the complete series set, just for the bonus DVD included.
If the blu-ray set will have the bonus DVD content, then I may aswell just get the blu-ray set. If not, then the seperate season DVD sets will stay.
That would be pretty awesome as a poster.
