Major assigned to Cheyenne Mountain, who was on surface patrol guard when the Goa'uld queen Hathor turned up with knowledge of the Stargate hidden at deep inside the mountain. Lowel's message to Major General George Hammond was relayed into the S.G.C. through Airman Hyatt.
