Edoran inhabitant who chose to remain on Edora when he heard SG-1's warnings that the "fire rain" meteor shower would result in dangerous ground strikes. Talmar was a friend of Paynan.
During the natural disaster Talmar sheltered three families within his home. But a meteor struck the house, killing Talmar and everyone inside.
