Technical sergeant stationed at Earth's Alpha Site. Brecker was on duty when the base hosted a Replicator duplicate of Samantha Carter. He helped Teal'c to deploy a Replicator disruptor satellite in orbit of the planet, and to track Fifth's incoming Replicator vessel.

When Replicator Carter took over the base's computer systems and moved to make her escape through the Stargate, Brecker was thrown across the room. But he survived her assault.
