John Jumper

General and United States Air Force Chief of Staff at the time of the 2004 inauguration of President Henry Hayes and Vice President Robert Kinsey. General Jumper advised the President during the Goa'uld Anubis's attack on the planet, informing him that more than 30 enemy ships had entered orbit over Earth.
General Jumper was also responsible for overseeing the deployment of the F-302 fleet during the battle over Antarctica, and ordered Prometheus to be prepped and ready for flight.
