Memory record stored by the virtual reality units of P7J-989 when SG-1 was originally trapped in the devices by the Keeper. These files were kept intact and safe by the Residents.

Samantha Carter requested a copy of Teal'c's to use in her own tests, to study the Jaffa's psyche, in the hopes of freeing him from the Foxtrot Alpha Six simulation.
