Tok'ra operative from the Risa System, who worked alongside his fellow Tok'ra Malek. Ocker was one of the many Tok'ra who evacuated through the Stargate to Earth's Alpha Site, seeking refuge from their Tau'ri allies.
Ocker had difficulty cooperating with and living alongside the Jaffa also living on the base, due to generations of bad blood and fundamental differences in belief. The Jaffa had, after all, been enemies of the Tok'ra for millennia.
Unaware that an ashrak had followed them to the Alpha Site, Ocker was killed by the assassin's blade.
