The original destination of the starship Prometheus on its maiden voyage from Earth's solar system. With 009 plotted into the ships computer, the instability of the naquadria in the ship's hyperdrive systems threw the ship off-course and into the vicinity of Tagrea.
Needless to say P7X-009 was never reached by Prometheus, which limped in the direction of home after collecting supplies from Earth through the Tagrean Stargate.
