This season more than ever, the writers encourage new readers to check out the virtual series. In many ways Season Four starts off a new chapter, while building upon what has been established over the past three years. Don’t let the fact that the fan series is written in script format put you off. The big thing the script format does is help make it feel just like a television show. In addition, the scripts contain some more details than they normally would, making them easy for a general audience to read.
Every episode runs on average about 60 pages, and consists of a teaser and five acts.
Another thing that makes Horizon like a television show is the show’s new main theme music, composed by Justin R. Durban. So far the theme is only available as an attachment to the season premiere’s PDF file, but it will be added to the Stargate: Horizon Web site shortly.
