New details on Stargate Universe’s March episodes!

Brand new details on the next four episodes of Stargate Universe surfaced today, courtesy of a SPACE Channel press release.  Stargate fans have plenty to look forward to when the show returns on Monday, March 7 in the U.S. (March 8 in Canada).

Here are the network’s loglines for each episode airing in March:

“Deliverance”
The final 10 episodes pick up from December’s jarring cliffhanger, where the Destiny encountered two warring races and an ally thought dead returned. In the Season 2.5 premiere, ‘Deliverance,’ the Destiny is now locked in a battle with a Drone Command Ship and surprised by the arrival of the aliens that abducted Rush and Chloe.

“Twin Destinies”
Excitement spreads through the ship as Eli believes he’s found a way to dial Earth. Dr. Rush has serious reservations about the plan and abandoning Destiny.

“Alliance”
An attack on Homeworld Command traps Greer and Wray.

“Hope”
Another consciousness finds it’s way into Chloe’s body through the stones while Volker succumbs to an illness Tamara may not be able to treat.

  • So the blues are returning.
An attack on Stargate command, I hoping that reveals the project to earth citizens finally.
    Twins destiny sounds good.

  • Such a colossal shame to cancel this show. It seems space exploration science fiction is dead. Seems all the movies coming out this year are aliens coming to us but my favorite science fiction has always been people in a ship exploring what's out there.

  • All those eps sound amazing and I cannot wait to see them!
The details are just further proof of what stories could still be told if SGU were allowed to continue beyond Season 2. In seasons ahead who only knows who or what they'd encounter in the space and planets they go to!
I sincerely hope Mr. Brad Wright is successful in his talks with MGM, SyFy or whoever it is that has the power to allow SGU to continue. The people of Destiny deserve to have their story told, their mission completed, and then finally allowed to return to Earth at last...*assuming* that a successful mission and Earth is actually their ultimate fate.

  • @Alan. As far as I am concerned SGU will continue with a Season 3. As people have said on this board. SGU is NOT a Syfy show, it is owned, operated and controlled by MGM/UA. Not to mention you have Space and Sky1, not to mention other stations through out the world that show this show.

  • @Jim Hutto, maybe you missed JM's blog this week. Read his quote. "Answer: SGU’s fate on the network has already been decided. They canceled the show." and "We talked about doing a story that would offer details on the seeding process but, alas, we were canceled not renewed given the opportunity to pursue other interests like not working."

    SGU and Stargate is DEAD!

  • Space hasn't expressed any interest in the show Jim just to let you know. I'm not sure about Sky though.

  • Also, if you looked on the forum one of the forum members called up the workers and some of the crew are leaving and taking down the sets so there is no productions nothing is happening Stargate is DEAD and will be until a miracle happens.

  • I still can't get over why their members are so gratuitously gleeful about SGU crashing and burning. Good for SyFy for not just getting rid of the final episodes in one quick burst. The show deserves better than that.

  • I think it`s the actors and producers that is the main reason for all stargate is canceled now. Because the world is not just USA and Canada. Here in Europe, there are at least one chanal i EVERY country that airs Stargate series. Here in Norway, it`s four. And two of them airs SG-1, SGA and SGU now days.
It seems like they don`t know there is a world outside america too.

  • @Noldor: I have to agree to that, but here in Finland there's only 1 channel was showing SG last year and it stopped at the end of season 6. :(
