Get ready for a marathon, because the panels for Stargate: Continuum, Stargate Atlantis, and Stargate Worlds will all take place one after the other, without breaks on Friday, July 25.
Stargate: Continuum is up first, from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. (Pacific time). Brad Wright (writer and executive producer), Martin Wood (director), and (subject to availability) stars Richard Dean Anderson (General Jack O’Neill), Amanda Tapping (Lt. Colonel Samantha Carter), Ben Browder (Lt. Colonel Cameron Mitchell), Michael Shanks (Dr. Daniel Jackson), and Christopher Judge (Teal’c) will be on hand to talk about the new SG-1 DVD movie, in stores in North America July 29. Ballroom 20
Stargate Worlds is next at 11:45 a.m., until 12:15. Representatives from developer Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment and FireSky Studios will be on hand to give a sneak peek of the game and answer questions, including
Finally, the Stargate Atlantis panel will begin at 12:15 p.m. and run until 1:15. Panelists include Joe Flanigan (John Sheppard), Robert Picardo (Richard Woolsey), and Jewel Staite (Jennifer Keller), co-creator and executive producer Brad Wright, and Chris Sanagustin, SCI FI’s vice president of original programming. This panel will also be moderated by Atlantis writer and executive producer Martin Gero. Ballroom 20
Also of interest to Stargate fans is the Sanctuary panel, introducing fans to the new fantasy series from executive producers Damian Kindler, Amanda Tapping, and Martin Wood. Find out how the show goes from green screen to your TV, and catch an exclusive look inside Sanctuary‘s unique and awe-inspiring world. Panelists include Amanda Tapping (who stars in the new show as Helen Magnus), and executive producer Martin Wood. The panel will be moderated by TV Guide’s Michael Logan. Room 30AB, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Last, but not least, SCI FI Channel will screen new episodes of Eureka and Stargate Atlantis on Friday night, from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m. in Room 6B.
