I’m glad you enjoyed Vegas, it is probably my favorite episode of the entire franchise. Just so cool!

SGA Vegas, was definitely a great way to showcase the writing staffs flexibility, of course CSI Atlantis was an nice change of pace, but certainly left us scratching our heads a little as to if we’re in Sheppard nightmare (to many late night CSI Episodes??), or as we find out in the end as we start to suspect “Alternate universe Shepard”, I have to say I’ve been privy to a screener of the final episode and the tie in is fantastic and just what we’ve come expect out of the entire Stargate writing, acting staff, a superb episode/s set and just another reason the show will be missed so dearly until we get some SGA movies.
Great work to all the Atlantis staff again, and even though there are no more Atlantis episodes coming (other then the airing of the Finale) at least we’ve got the pod casts to look forward to.

I was very skeptical when I heard the premise for Vegas. I’d already heard the show was cancelling and then to have this “throw away” episode be the second to last of the regular series was very discouraging. However after seeing the episode I’ve had my mind changed for me. Vegas is a very good stand alone episode with a tie in hook to the series finale. The music score in particular was just awesome. I love the western style guitar layovers and the Johnny Cash song was perfect for Sheppard at the end. The Wraith in the episode is written and acted out extremely well. It’s an all around great effort from the entire production staff! I can’t wait for Enemy At The Gate.
