Once again actors from Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis, and Battlestar Galactica reveal their generous natures. This time, they have signed small teddy bears as part of “Project Teddy Bear,” an on-going fundraising auction supporting the Avon Walks for Breast Cancer and the Avon Foundation.

The auction, which ended December 9, featured bears signed by Amanda Tapping (“Samantha Carter”), Michael Shanks (“Daniel Jackson”), Tony Amendola (“Bra’tac”), Carmen Argenziano (“Jacob Carter”), Cliff Simon (“Baal”), Teryl Rothery (“Janet Fraiser”), JR Bourne (“Martouf”), Corin Nemec (“Jonas Quinn”), Dan Payne (“Kull warrior”), and Colin Cunningham (“Paul Davis”). In addition, Tapping and Argenziano have together signed a glove.

Stargate Atlantis actors involved include Torri Higginson (“Elizabeth Weir”), Joe Flanigan (“John Sheppard”), Jason Momoa (“Ronon Dex”), David Hewlett (“Rodney McKay”), Paul McGillion (“Carson Beckett”), and Connor Trinneer (“Michael”).

Battlestar Galactica‘s Jamie Bamber (“Lee ‘Apollo’ Adama”) also signed a bear.

The bears were sold at auction online from $51 to $395, with the honors for the top-grossing Stargate plush going to David Hewlett’s bear!
