One of Stargate’s favorite sons is headed to NCIS! Actor David Blue will make a guest appearance in next week’s new episode of the hit CBS crime drama.
Blue plays a character named Charlie Samuels in the upcoming episode “Turkey Trot,” set to air on CBS in the United States on Monday, November 21 (9/8c). The episode was co-written by series star Diona Reasonover (“Kasie Hines”).
From CBS:
After an unknown shooter causes chaos at an annual Thanksgiving 5K, time is of the essence for the NCIS team to find the culprit. Also, Kasie joins Knight for Thanksgiving lunch at Knight’s sister’s house
David Blue played Eli Wallace for two years on Stargate Universe, which aired on Syfy Channel from 2009 to 2011.
NCIS is now in its twentieth season and stars Gary Cole, Sean Murray, Diona Reasonover, Wilmer Valderrama, Brian Dietzen, Rocky Carroll, and Katrina Law.
Fellow Stargate Universe cast mate Elyse Levesque (“Chloe Armstrong”) also recently appeared in the show’s October 17 episode. Louis Ferreira (“Everett Young”) guest starred in 2012. And NCIS has been on so long that Alaina Huffman’s (“Tamara Johansen”) guest spot came back in 2007, before her SGU days.
Blue joins other Stargate vets to have appeared on NCIS over the years, also including the likes of Don S. Davis (“George Hammond”), Jessica Steen (the first “Elizabeth Weir”), Torri Higginson (“Elizabeth Weir”), Corin Nemec (“Jonas Quinn”), Erick Avari (“Kasuf”), JR Bourne (“Martouf”), William Devane (“Henry Hayes”), Michael Welch (“Young Jack”), and Adam Baldwin (“David Dixon”).
