One of the Atlantis expedition’s most dangerous foes was an enemy of their own making: Michael, a former Wraith who was captured and used as a test subject. Dosed with a retrovirus that strips Wraith DNA from a subject, the Wraith was transformed into a human and his memory wiped.
It wouldn’t last, of course, as “Michael” discovered what he really is and began to revert. It kicked off an ongoing storyline for one of Stargate’s most intriguing villains, who returned time and again — always with a sinister new plan to forward his agenda.
What was Michael’s goal? In the end, galactic domination. But it started with a desire to make more like him — an army of Wraith-human hybrids, made not from converted Wraith but from transforming human victims.
Ready to be converted? Here’s the story’s complete watch list from Stargate Atlantis:
A young Lieutenant awakens in the city of Atlantis with no memory of who he is, and grows increasingly suspicious of the story that he is being told …
Michael returns with friends, leading his Queen and her hive straight to Atlantis … where they offer an alliance with the city against the rest of the Wraith.
When Colonel Sheppard stows away on a Wraith hive headed for Earth, he finds an unlikely ally inside the ship as he attempts to rescue two of his team members.
After a ship full of Wraith receive the retrovirus treatment, Dr. Beckett and the team try to manage a colony of amnesiac people on a planet’s surface … including Michael himself!
Sheppard’s team discovers a colony of their allies that have been subjected to horrific experiments, as an old enemy begins his own study into the genetics of the iratus bug.
Teyla goes in search of her missing people, following leads given to her in a series of dreams … only to find herself the target of Michael’s sinister plans.
As her team searches for a captive Teyla and an old friend miraculously returns, Michael plans to use Teyla to advance his army of hybrids.
When Colonel Sheppard is thrown thousands of years into the future he meets a holographic McKay, who reveals how history played out when Michael succeeded in his plans.
The Atlantis team manages to find Teyla, and must rescue her from Michael’s hive ship — as she is giving birth to her new son.
Sheppard and Beckett join another unit off-world, where they find another innocent village that has been subjected to Michael’s cruel experiments.
To complete his work and perfect his hybrids, Michael makes a bold gambit to infiltrate Atlantis itself.

I hadn't realized he was in so many stories. He was practically a co-star. :)
Keep yer shirt on, lieutenant
Connor Trinneer did a great job even though I didn't like the whole Michael thing. The Last Man is one of the worst SGA eps (literally a 1 out of 10) but Whispers is quite good and a fun watch.
A lot of things I don't like about most of those eps though. Still my favorite SG show despite its problems.
