  • I'd like an Ancient versus the Wraith prequels. But it wouldn't be feasible because of some *extraneous* elements.

  • SGU is trying to make a relaunched Battlestar Galactica version of Star Trek Voyager. I know that BSG had good production values but it was not science fiction. It was fiction with no science and magic FTL and idiots running around. I like the Rush and Eli characters. Destiny looks fine. With all of the Asgard tech, and quite a whole Ancient city I fail to see how Destiny tech makes that much difference. The SGU situation does not matter to what I care about in Stargate. what I want to see in the shows is for the Stargate program be revealed in the fictional Earth. I think it could be done over several years of a series. The virtual sets of Sanctuary show how a radically altered overlay can be placed on top of regular location filming.
